C5 Roofing is a family owned and operated restoration company based out of Oklahoma. Owners, Toby and Jennifer Clark have a heart after restoration and quality building practices. Toby has extensive construction experience ranging from his time in the military to present. With experience ranging from composition shingle and metal roofing, to building post-frame and red iron metal buildings, to aggregate excavation for windfarm pads & oil field erection. He is qualified to tackle any construction project!
Jennifer has worked in several professional capacities mostly performing tasks related to and corresponding with various insurance companies and reviewing coverage types. As a licensed CSR for a large Oklahoma insurance carrier, Jennifer was able to gain knowledge in navigating the claims process as well as knowing what obstacles and rebuttals may arise in the process. Having an extensive knowledge in IRC and IBC Code requirements this makes the duo a secret weapon of sorts. Due to their servant's hearts, they felt helpless in the claims process while working directly in insurance. So often their hands were tied while working for the insurance carriers when it came to indemnifying the clients. So, with that knowledge, obtaining a roofers license with the OK CIB was the first step toward what they are now.
With the chaos of 2020 came layoffs and what they liked to refer to as a "bird's nest on the ground". Those setbacks actually gave them the opportunity to break into the industry solo. While trying to find the next direction, in praying the Lord laid on their hearts to help restore local families homes to their pre-loss condition. To do that, they knew there had to be a general knowledge of the insurance claims process. Thankfully, prior to being laid off, since both of them were working in the insurance field; Toby in Life & Health insurance and Jennifer with Property and Casualty. They have seen firsthand the pros and cons of insurance, as well as possessing the experience to help homeowners navigate insurance claims.
